    Outlook Sync Issue

    Every hour when CommitCRM and Outlook sync I get an empty deleted task and an empty deleted appointment. At 10:32 this morning I got:

    Subject: CmtTsItem-Deleted 4-19-2012 10:32 AM
    Location: Blank

    Start time Mon 4/16/2012 11:00 AM
    End time Mon 4/16/2012 11:30

    and

    Subject: CmtTsItem-Deleted 4-19-2012 10:31 AM
    Due Date: None
    Status: Not Started Priority: Normal %Complete: 0%
    Owner: My Name

    Hi CindyS,

    This has to do with a test performed automatically before syncing with Outlook. In any case, you can disable it if you want, you can find all details in this forum thread.
