I have created a small and usefull tool.
I call it TicketLookup for CommitCRM
***( WORKS ONLY WITH version 5.3.0.3 and 5.5.0.3 )***
***( You may only have ONE windows named Commit, and that is the real CommitCRM ) ***
What does IT? :
You mark a ticket number, fx. in an e-mail or anywhere else ( 0500-1234 ) or ( only the 1234 )
you click CTRL + F11, the tool lookups the ticket number inCommitCRM. - Thats it.
