Employee Groups in Dispatcher window

Hi Guys,
does anyone know if there is a way of defining groups of employee's under the dispatcher window?

the reason I ask is that my company has many techs with different ability's, I may wish to only see techs that can repair phone systems or techs that work out of certain location. is this possible???

Unfortunately there isn't such an option currently available. If there's a clear cut between groups where each tech is assigned to single group you may try set the group as part of their nicknames, like 'P-Joe" or 'C-Jane' (where P is used for 'Phone' and 'C' for 'City', etc.).

might be worth a look at in future release's as i am currently booking work for 35 techs this way ticking and un-ticking is annoying
