    Client Portal

    Do you have screenshots/video of the Interlink Client portal? We're hoping to give our customers two things:

    1) Simple process of creating a helpdesk ticket.
    2) Client Admin login to view open tickets, add notes to existing tickets, close tickets, pull limited reports, etc.

    I can make some videos of this on Monday. Don't have the software to make the videos on my home computer. Interlink supports all of the features you are looking for though.
