Calendar Permissions

Hi Guys,
is it possible to give users view only permission to calendars in the web console?

I am trying to grant permission to customer IT staff the ability to log in to commitcrm web interface to see all tickets relating to their account and view all bookings for techs to attend their sites. hence the need to set them up as an employee rather than a client web user

Customer Web Users can view all bookings linked to Tickets, so this may be the way to go (e.g. linking Appointments to Tickets).
Employee Web Users have all privileges to their Calendars so this is probably not the way to go with customers.
