    where is the documentation on setting CommitCRM up to dial phone numbers?

    is it possible to get this system to dail through our shoretel (or possibly through an nec) voip phone system?

    Using Online Services you can most likely implement it. Probably very similar to the way there are other similar integrations/SMS as listed here.

      not sure how online servcies has anything to do with online services... we need to set up phone dialing.

      Is CommitCRM fully TAPI capable? We really need to know how to integrate this with a shoretel system (how to get the right click options in CommitCRM to "dail phone 1" and "dial phone 2").

        Ray, I can tell you that it is TAPI capable. We use the dialphone 1 / 2 to dial out via 3cx (doesn't not use online services). It just brings up the windows phone dialer and dials the #. as long as your calling devices is can be used inside the windows dialer, it should work.

          From our vendor: "the CRM Integration works with any CRM that allows TAPI hook integration"

          So I'm assuming CommitCRM will work with ShoreTel... (!)
