Automatically suspend contract

Hi
Is there a way to automatically suspend a contract based on blocks of time when the alotted time is spent?

When a block of time contract is completely used users start getting alerts that this is the case, however, the system still lets you add these time charges and there is no way to completely block the user. With the alert you can decide to set the overage charge a Billable or to assign it under a different contract.

Well, it didn't help with what we wanted to do, but atleast we know the limitations now.
Could this be implemented as a future feature? Perhaps a checkbox to make the contract automatically suspended when the time was used up?
