how can I delete a message from the history in a ticket/account? I have linked the message to an incorrect ticket/account and need to remove it...

Once a message was sent it cannot be deleted, somewhat like you cannot revert an email you sent to someone else and they've already fetch it to their local Outlook. I would copy the message details and add a new History Note with the details under the correct ticket.

but this is a database... nothing is getting fetched or stored "local". seems to me that an administrator should be able to clean up messages (we can clean up pretty much everything else).
