    Error when updating contracts

Quite often when working with contracts, we get this error: ACCESS VIOLATION 77d78dc9 module ntdll.dll

Then it follows up with "cant access database"

Any idea what is going on? It seems like it happened after we upgraded to SQL, but i cant be 100% sure of that.

    Re: Error when updating contracts

You should not see such errors. Is it possible that you do see this message after a long time not using the PC and that it might has been disconnected from the network due to power saving options?

      Re: Error when updating contracts

This happened after a reboot. Actually after updating a few contracts today, it happened more than once.

Unfortunately the log files that you sent us did not reveal the cause for this. Does this happen always? Only on a single workstation but not the others? After you perform a specific sequence of steps? Can it be reproduced or does it happen without any repeatable scenario?

Nobody really works on contracts but me, let me try it from another machine and let you know.
