CommitCRM is an excellent procedure with a huge flaw: You can not delete inactive customers and assets.
With the new version was enough to make small updates: to appear, by default, only active customers and assets, or enter the asset at the end of the list and color them red.

Thank you. One clarification - you can delete Accounts and Assets - when all related history information has also been deleted.
And - while we do see how to enhance this and makes it easier, we do not recommend deleting accounts and assets. The idea is that you'll have a complete history of everything you've done or anyone you've served.
