    Resend alert to employees

    Is there an easy way to do this?

    A tech sometimes says "i didn't get the ticket" Can we right click the ticket and say resend alert?

    Alerts are sent from the back end... from the RangerMSP client you should use the 'Email' button found on the Tickets Window toolbar.

      I looked there first, but there is no alerts to employees only customers.

        I'm not sure that I'm following you here - I was referring to sending the Ticket details by email using the 'Email' button... Let us know in case this does not help.

          That works, but not what *exactly* what I was looking for.

          I was looking to resend the original alert to the employee.
