When i close a ticket, i get an email telling me I closed the ticket.
Isn't there an option to turn off alerts for things that i do?

Yes, definitely. You should not get alerts for actions you perform. Do you have any special setting or customizations?
In any case please drag/drop this email alert from your Outlook and into a Windows folder, zip it and email our support this zipped file. We want to analyze the sent email headers.

I get ticket completed notifications on tickets I close as well...
I think it's because that email is sent out to all recipients in the "email recipients" tab, and of course I'm the ticket manager.
