the drop down list "Add" should include contacts listed under the relations tab.

Interesting idea, it makes sense that you may want to select related accounts as recipients and this may speed up their selection. I'll have this logged for further review. Thanks.

Wanted to check in on this... we tend to manually add vendors to tickets for discussion -- it just seems to make sense to have anyone set up under relations appear in the "Add" list for ticket recipients.
