How can I filter my tickets by my own data field? I added a data field in my own new tab and I want to filter the tickets list by this field. I can't find it in the filter fields list. Is there a way to do this?

Sure, user-defined data fields are available when you filter the list.
When you open the Filter window, note you have two tabs in this window: Primary, and By Subject. The Primary tab allows you to filter by using the system fields. If you go to the By Subject tab, you can select the subject you wish to filter by. Here you can select your user-defined subject which contains your data fields, and use them here to filter the list.
Note that you can save the filter by a name (use the Save icon at the top of the Filter window), so you will easily be able to use this filter again in the future.
