We have just added interlink to or CommitCRM and really like the features it adds. Our install is 1 day old and we have a strange issue I am hoping to someone may heave seen before.
In the Interlink webinterface, if we change a status or add a note or charge it does not reflect in CommitCRM. If we make a chnage in CommitCRM it does reflect in the web interface.
Adding employees and making system chnages under settings does appear to work.
We have CommitCRM 6 and are using the the latest Interlink on a server 2008 R2.
David is out this weekend but I have forwarded this to him as well.
All the techs like the features and we really want to role this out.
