One remote user is getting the following error message when trying to preview a custom form in the web client: "1000 Operation aborted. The Report with ID REPAWP53TRKPBQW3IA3M could not be found.". This error only occurs in this user's account; when logged in under another account on the same PC the PDF download prompt comes up as normal. Please advise.

Re: "1000 Operation aborted" Error Code
Most likely - privileges. Verify that this user has full access rights and all privileges to the entire RangerMSP folder tree on your server + verify that the user has enough privileges to his local machine as well.

Re: "1000 Operation aborted" Error Code
This error persists. Her privileges/permissions are exactly the same as other users, both in CommitCRM and on our local server. All other accounts work properly (including on her computer), and error occurs with her account regardless of whether her she logs in from her PC (at her remote location) or any other PC. Was working find until it it suddenly stopped working about a week ago for no apparent reason. The problem seems to be with her CommitCRM user account. Error occurs with some (but not all) reports (seems to be mostly with custom reports, but I can't say that with 100% certainty). We don't want to delete her account and recreate it because we don't want to break her history and we export user data for payroll purposes. Please advise.

Re: "1000 Operation aborted" Error Code
Thank you for sending the log files. It looks like an index rebuild may solve this problem. Please give it a try and report back.
