I would like to be able to print off all today's on site tickets (Callouts) for each employee at the beginning of the day. Is there a simple way to do this. At present, I use despatcher to allocate them, then I have to go through each item, right click, view related ticket and print. I am sure I must be missing something that just says. Print all today's tickets for this employee. Thanks

Sure - I believe that you're looking at printing all Tickets forms for the Tickets scheduled in the Dispatcher for today.
Here's how to do it:
Open the Reports Window, navigate to the Tickets category, select the service form format you use and click the Generate button.
In the Window that opens you'll find on the right side a check-box 'Filter according to appointments'. Select it and you can now print all ticket forms scheduled for today (and any date range) and to a selected technician (or a few technicians).
