Since we purchased Interlink about 6 months ago we have been reporting bugs, usability issues, and other things which we were assured would be resolved in an upcoming release. In that time we have had several support issues, one of which was last week, and haven't heard anything back from your team. We have a client waiting on access to the Helpdesk and a broken system. Our concern and question is this: what exactly IS the plan for Interlink? We purchased it to give out clients an easy to use helpdesk, but many of the promised features just do not work or are so buggy it's a gamble on when/why they will work next.
So... when is the next release and what features/bugs is it supposed to fix?
