Hide Custom Fields in the web interface??

I was wondering, is there a way to hide the custom fields I created from the web interface?
the fields are all on a custom tab with in Tickets, I have tried hiding the tab this doesn't hide the fields in the web interface. any suggestion will be appreciated??

Custom fields in Web portal are shown regardless if they are displayed in RangerMSP application, because it's HTML template. We may be able to remove these fields for you. In case you want us to try to assist and possibly customize this for you - please contact us by email (and specify the exactly RangerMSP version you have installed) and we will continue from there.
