    Ticket complete / open notifications

    Is there any way to send out a different email template when a ticket is opened/completed based on the TYPE of the ticket (or type of account). I would like consumers to get a different email than businesses.

    I'm pretty sure I know the answer already. ...so can I add my vote? :)
