Ticket Fields still show as Field1, Field2 etc.. after renaming

    Ticket Fields still show as Field1, Field2 etc.. after renaming

    Hi everyone, hope someone can help me out here..

    Under tickets > Details tab, I have changed the Field Name (by double clicking), Label, and column title of Field1 to "Service Location". Yet when I print out a "ticket details", it still shows "Field1:". It does show the data I entered into the field, but the label itself still remains "Field1" which in my mind, doesn't look very professional. I'm on 5.7

    Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    You should simply edit the report format using the Report Designer and rename/modify/design the labels as required.
