Block of Money profitability

I want a report that shows me all of my block of money contracts and shows their "block of money" amount and the total amount used during that contract period.

Is this even possible? Any idea which report I should start with to get this result?

I think I just mastered this one. I used a contract report and added the DB field to it to show the right information.

Now, I just wish I could get this data in a list view and export to Excel.

Not sure to which report you referred to but you can see how the 'Contract List by Type and Expiration' works for you. Got the note about Excel. Thanks.

About exporting this data to Excel - You can actually export it already. From the Contracts main menu-> Export -> Advanced export or using button on the Contracts Window toolbar.

Include the following fields in your export and you're done!

'Contract Block of Money'
'Contract Block used'

The balance can be calculated using an Excel formula.

Close....but no cigar... Needs balance and totals..... Needs sort optons....
How to run 90 day snapshot????.... Profitability on last three contracts to determine which clients to raise prices.....Never had to fire one, just raise their price and watch them run and become someone else's loss....
