Cannot add tickets

I have a new issue that cropped recently. In the ADD NEW ITEM, New Ticket, i cannot enter any information and nothing happens. The mobile interface works fine.

There are no PHP errors in the php logs.

Any ideas? I don't have idea where to look.

When you say you can't enter in any information, do you get the customer dropdown list? Is it populated? If so, when you choose a client's name do you get the ticket intake form? I need more details on this to understand what's happening.

There is no drop down list. It works fine on the Iphone and Droid. I will e-mail you a screen shot.
