Admin Reports error

Its not my day. When I choose the admin reports I get the following.

Error in query11 [iAnywhere Solutions][Advantage SQL][ASA] Error 7200: AQE Error: State = 22003; NativeError = 2111; [iAnywhere Solutions][Advantage SQL Engine]Out of range

I have checked on the server as well. Sometimes when the reports are wonky on the clients they run fine from the server. Not this time.

Was this working prior to you having to reinstall everything because of server issues? Do your date time settings in Interlink match your date time settings in CommitCRM?

this was working before but intermittantly frm client machines. It always worked from the server. Where in Interlink can I find the date and time? The tickets all seem to match properly.

Server date and time and time zone are correct and php.ini has the correct time zone.
