Hi David,

Thanks for the update. It would have been nice to know that subcontractor issues had been fixed a long time ago. (we had given up and made them an employee).

Do I understand that we need to upgrade to 1.0.9.6 and then apply the cumulative r4 patch?

We were just made aware of the issue over the weekend and issued the patch to fix it yesterday. The issue affected a user that used to be an employee tech or client tech and was changed over to a subcontractor.

Yes, you need to upgrade to 1.0.9.6 then move the file from r4 over.

You can upgrade to 1.0.9.6 then right to R6
