Business Partners

Has anyone setup CommitCRM where they have a business partner?

We share work for a couple of customers where we have a partner who does level 1 Desktop / Workstation type work.

I understand that we can set them up as a subcontractor but its a bit restrictive.

We need to be able to freely assign tickets back and firth and have full visibility of tickets open in either camp.

Stephan - subcontractors and the Web interface is the way to go. This gives them any amount of privileges that you want, like you do with employees. Click to read all about subcontractors.
