Eratic Quote Problems

Greetings all,

I'm running CommitCRM 5.7, with 5 users.

Over the last month or so we've seen some really strange problems with quotes. Minor one or two line quotes seem to work fine, but if we make bigger quotes 4, 5 or more lines we end up with duplicates or lines vanishing. To me, it points to problems with the database.

Please assist, it is becoming really frustrating having to recreate quotes or having to make them in Word (gasp!).

The original 5.7 release had a bug that under some scenarios caused what you've just described. We have a fix for this that you can apply to your 5.7 system (it has already been fixed in the newer 6.0 and 6.1. releases).
