As a result of poor training by management and poor execution by staff, we now have hundreds (if not thousands) of old appointments in the Dispatcher/Calendar Appointments tab that we would like to delete. Deleting them one-by-one will take forever. If there a way to delete multiple appointments at the same time? If not, is this something that you could do as a one-time service for us?
By the way, adding a feature to allow multiple items in a table to be selected for a specific action (such as deletion) is a functionality that I am surprised is not already included in CommitCRM (unless I missed it). Can this be added as a feature request?
