HI Guys, there should be an option to start a timer for an appointment, i know you have the ability to right click each appointment and add a charge for it, but it would be nicer if you had the ability to calculate this time off actual time spent on the job not the original appointment time slot.
also with the highlight charged feature on the calendar window this should also reflect if the ticket attached to the appointment has had a charge added to it for that day by the employee it is scheduled for. this would allow management to quickly view the calendars and highlight anything that hasn't been charged for. alternatively when adding a charge to a ticket we could have an option in the charge window to link it to an appointment.
