    Why would i get this error while trying to send my customer their web username and password ?

    Outlook is not running. I am using Outlook 2012 with Office 365

    The error you mentioned means that RangerMSP cannot access Outlook because of a broken Outlook integration layer (or privileges). Sometimes an Office-Repair fixes this.

    In addition, we've found out about the MS related patch that may fix this problem and we have just emailed it to you.
