    New User Wont Show

    Hi,
    I created a subcontract user in my system. I allocated a ticket and an appointment to their account. But it does not show up on the web interface even after restarting the commitwebinterface service.

    Have you grant specific access to this subcontractor user and the account the ticket was opened under? Click here for the user guide that explains in more details how it all works.

      ah, no. I thought if I dragged the job over to the subcontractor maybe they would get auto permissions?
