Does the option to automatically copy charge notes to resolution work in the web interface?

Mmm, no. this new 6.2 feature is only available in the Windows client.

Thank you, perhaps we could look at including his feature in the web interface as well? Most of my staff work from the web interface so this fantastic time saving feature won't benefit them at all :-(
