Customer Loyalty Program

Greetings

We are looking at setting up a customer loyalty program. I do not see an easy way to track or assign points and would be interested in any ideas or discussions.

You could perhaps add a numeric custom field and hold the current number there, or decide that the points are 5% (or anything) out of billable charges - you can then generate a report and manually take 5% of it. See the following pages for more info on customization:
