    batch remove from inbox --

    when one of our techs tried to do this they got a "you do not have sufficient privileges" error. They were trying to batch delete only tickets that they were the manager for. We don't want them to be able to delete inbox items from techs... what privileges to we need to assign?

    This feature is currently only available to users of the Sys Admin privilege group as it.

      Augh! Users/techs should be able to manage their own inbox! Everybody here got really excited whed I told them about the new feature... this takes everyone back to ground zero...

      Please add this to the feature request (adding the ability for users/techs to fully manage their inbox which includes batch remove).
