HTML Group Emails

We just started using the group email function. I found out quickly that we need to send emails in the HTML format otherwise the a three paragraph email arrives in the customers inbox without ANY formatting... Quite honestly it looks hideous.

Is there any easy way to create the HTML email without using a third party software, creating the email body/text and exporting that to HTML?

I would like to see CommitCRM incorporate the HTML editor inside CommitCRM. This would eliminate a lot of intermediate steps to formatting a group email.

There isn't a way to create HTML within RangerMSP other than writing raw html directly in the editor or pasting it in. It could be a good thing to have though so thanks for that, we will take note of your suggestion.

You could use Word to create a document and then export to HTML and copy/paste that HTML into RangerMSP.

An alternative is to Export the relevant data from Accounts (Accounts > Import & Export > Advanced Data Export) and then use an external system for the entire mailing process.
