How can we get a simple report of the contacts under an account? We need to run monthly reports for accounts and get a count and list (display name) of active contacts only.

Thank you for posting this.

You can use Accounts & Secondary Contacts report or create new custom report based on it and remove unnecessary fields. Besides, you can add an additional report field of type DbCalc to count the number of Contacts for each Account.
The only thing that cannot be done at this time is to filter the report by the Secondary Contact Status (Active/Inactive).

Thanks for the info. This kind of dovetails into my comments on expanding the Contacts fields -- it's kind of pointless to add information to a system when we can filter and report.

...I meant "if we can't filter and report".

Please understand that the whole point here is to make contacts useful. We are getting more and larger clients and need to track more information for each user in the system. This is quickly becoming a "not optional" feature.
