I have confirmed an ongoing bug we have had with Interlink's SLA Manager 'breaking' with certain ticket descriptions.
I have this crop up almost daily. I run the datasync.php manually in a browser, look for the error description, hunt down the ticket and then clear out the description. These are always tickets that are generated from the email to ticket system.
Today this happened so I did some testing to confirm what character was breaking it so DSG can resolve. I have confirmed removing the ' caused Interlink SLA Manager to work again.
This is partly the reason for my CommitCRM Feature Request (here: http://commitcrm.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3059) however even if they do that and someone places this character in the subject the issue will continue so we need it resolved.
