    I've seen a number of posts that talk about dealing with ticket descriptions. The biggest problem is with how long a description gets when users send in requests via the email connector. What I would suggest we do is split out the description into two separate "fields":
    1) Description Summary
    2) Description Details

    The idea might be to grab the email subject and make that the Description Summary and the body of the email can go into the Description Details. This would solve a TON of problems and allow folks to get information much quicker.
