Assets missing on web interface

Hi,

i have an account with 10 assets recorded.
I cannot see these assets from the webinterface, only in CommitCRM.

If I create an asset via webinterface, it will show in CommitCRM but still not under webinterface.

any suggestions?

Thank you for posting this. It's indeed very strange, specially when you are able to create new Assets in Web Interface.

If this is an Employee Web User - do you see any Assets under the main Assets tab? Or perhaps under another Account?

If this is a Customer Web User, have a look at the privileges to see if there is allowed to view Assets via Web portal?
