    Adding resolution field to the ticket report

    I'm attempting to customize Technician Service Form 1 and add the Ticket resolution field.

    My problem is that while the problem & resolution fields print in the correct place the resolution field does not expand/stretch to show all info ... if altered to 'stretch' then you cannot shift with parent thus prints the the wrong place.

    You can resolve the stretching and positioning of the Description and Resolution field by putting each in their own group.

    1. From the Designer Window, go to Report > Groups
    2. Click the Add button, this will add an additional group separator to the report.
    3. You can now drag the group separator and expand it
    4. Copy the Resolution field to this group
    5. Now you can set both fields as "Stretch" and they will display all the information in the correct location.

    Another note - make sure to use the "Label" field type (left-most field in the tool bar) when adding the "Resolution" label to the report.
