Embed image in ticket email template

Is it possible to embed our company logo within the email templates we use for ticket replies?

Yes, you can customize email templates and add a logo using html but the image file would be loaded remotely, not actually embedded in the email. You might be able to do it if you make the template in Outlook with the image embedded then copy the source into the template in RangerMSP.
