Pop-up client record

Hi,

I'd love to be able to pop-up either the client's CommitCRM account details, or at least show their name/company on the screen when they dial.
I'm using a VoIP system (hosted Asterisk, with Snom phones).

I'm sure this is possible, but not sure which software package(s) to use.

Is anyone else doing this?

I suspect that you mean for an incoming call... if so, you will need to use RangerMSP's API to write a small program that shows this info. I do not see any way around it right now.
