    Charges in e-mail

    Hi Commit.

    Feature request.
    It would be very nice to have the charges from a ticket sent via e-mail by using the email templates method.

    Thanks you for suggesting this, currently there is no option to send Ticket information with Charges using Email Templates, however you can attach a PDF to email, directly from the Ticket such as the Technician Service Form Including Charges - just click the arrow by the Email PDF button (or Print to PDF and select Email) and select the appropriate Report.

    You can also generate a Charges Report from the Reports window, such as Charges Report by Ticket, and after you click Generate and select the options you require, click Print to file and there you can select Email which will create a PDF for the Report and attach it to an Email in Outlook for you to send.

      Aha, we thought that you were referring to the Alerts to Customers feature.

      With the manual PDF menu option you cannot preset who it will get emailed to and you need to select it. Thanks for asking we will take a note of this.
