Remote Management/Monitoring

Looking for some opinions from others.

We are an IT Managed Services company looking after around 700 end users over 35 clients. Some clients much larger and more complex than others.

For some time, I have been trying to find the perfect solution for remote monitoring and management. Currently we use GFIMAX, but have previously used PRTG for monitoring and Simple-Help for remote access.

GFI is good, but not as good as using two or three different tools. I guess the downside is that using disperate tools leads to more complex support, but on the plus side, probably using specific tools, rather than a 'universal' tool provides more comprehensive support.

Anyone got any thoughts on the subject?

We use GFI. I like its pricing model, it suits where my business is at at the moment, and it has most of the tools we need.

We also like GFI for now. There are some things we dont like, but not enough to make us change providers.
