When using a e-mail template, the system always have a 'hardcoded' TO: for that specific template.
It would be very useful if you could specify the TO: field in the e-mail template too.
Fx.: Blank, Ticket main Account (for invoices), Ticket Contact, Ticket Manager and so on.
