Private appointments sync from Outlook

I can't seems to get employees private Outlook appointments sync intoCommitCRM. I want them to be synced so I can see when people are not available. How can I make it sync private appointments?

You should set the correct Outlook settings for this (make sure each employee sets their own settings) – go to Tools > Options > Outlook > Appointments tab > and check the "Synchronize Private Appointments between RangerMSP and Outlook".

Then it will also sync private Appointments from Outlook intoRangerMSP. Note that private appointments are imported to RangerMSP as Private as well. Any private appointment in RangerMSP shows other users only the user name who owns the appointment and the text: "Private", so only the user can see the content of their own private appointments.
