We do a lot of mobile phone repairs and want to add a field when we create a new ticket as "IMEI". We have setup one of the custom fields on the "Details" tab for IMEI, but how can we get it to show up when we click on "New" ticket?

Thank you for asking. The new Ticket Window has recently been enhanced and it now includes about 17 different fields. Unfortunately you cannot include any of your customized fields there, however, once the ticket is added you have the freedom to access it.
