    2 techs for a single appointment

    How do we add 2 people to an appointment? I know we can put it in shared, but that seems to add everyone.

    Appointments/on-site visits are assigned to a single technician or indeed are 'shared' so everyone see them. What you may also use is the copy-to-others option and select the other technicians to include. This option can be activated from the Calendar/Dispatcher Window - the option third from left on the toolbar (just right to the 'Copy' option).

      If we change the appointment under one tech, does it change it on the other?

        The schedules are separate for each technician and aren't related to one anther, meaning each instance should be rescheduled manually.
