Is it possible to configure templates with placeholders such as <firstname> and <companyaddress> and generate emails or letters to client in RangerMSP?

Go to Settings > Email Templates and there you can either click New or you can select one of the existing templates and click Copy then edit the template to suit your requirements - you can easily add tokens such as <CMTLBLDATA_FLDCRDCONTACT> by clicking the Add Data Field button and selecting from the list. After saving, the template will be available from the Email button dropdown in the relevant section of RangerMSP. For more details please see the Email Templates page on our wiki.
