Hi
Noticed this before only because we noticed a load of double accounts entered in QuickBooks
When we change an account name in Commit the secondary contacts company filed does not update/stays as the previous account name
I am not 100% sure that this is the reason double accounts were created in QB's (a new one is created for the new name and the old one 'remains' in QB's) but those that we noticed had all had their company names updated on the general tab but none of the secondary contacts had been updated - we sorted it out by updating all the secondary contacts and unlinking QB's account etc and all seems to have been running ok since but am about to do another one now (supplier has officially renamed the company) and would like to get any feedback as to what might be going on/how this should be done properly etc.
(my commit clicking finger is poised ready to run away upon hearing the answer!)
